In our last post, we discussed how nightclubs and bars can take advantage and market the events for the first half of the year. Similarly, the second half of the year also brings plenty of opportunity for bars and nightclubs to earn money. In order to protect your facility year-round, consider a Nightclub Insurance Program.
Third Quarter (July-September)
Naturally, July and August are vacation months. This is a prime season for nightclubs and bars to take advantage of outdoor activities and local tourism. Vacationers will be consulting Yelp for places to go, so be sure your profile and reviews are full and positive, says Nightclub and Bar. Promote your location via social media and run contests to attract new customers. When September rolls around, be sure your staff is trained on proper ID checking tactics and underage drinking laws. However, this is prime season for a boost in sales, as well. Back to school season brings in floods of young adults so be sure your merchandise is ready and to market your deals and events to separate you from the rest.
Fourth Quarter (October-December)
Winter cocktails should be developed in addition to devising a marketing strategy to reach your year-end goals for 2016. Choose a cocktail that represents your establishment with festive flavors such as pumpkin, cranberry, chocolate, etc. Further, the night before thanksgiving is one of the biggest nights for bars of the year. Consider teaming up with cabs or limos to offer safe rides home. For the holidays, upsell your customers and advertise deals to thank your loyal customers for another year of service.
